Our Stinging Insect and Ant Service Plan is a preventive maintenance program specifically engineered to combat wasps, bees, and ants. This plan is the ideal choice for residents looking for a targeted alternative to our comprehensive Home Protection Plan, focusing on the most frequent seasonal invaders.
By targeting the specific biology of these pests, the treatment plan helps disrupt infestations before they establish, allowing you to enjoy your outdoor living spaces without worrying about stings or bites, while protecting your home from destructive wood-boring species.
The plan includes two exterior perimeter treatments per year, strategically timed for Spring and Summer to coincide with peak pest activity. JP Pest experts apply treatments to high-risk hot spots, such as:
We use eco-conscious methods wherever possible to minimize the environmental impact and limit exposure to chemical treatments.
JP Pest Services has decades of experience providing sustainable protection against the most common and sometimes destructive stinging insects and ant species in communities across New England, including black carpenter ants, odorous house ants, and pavement ants.
Whether they are scouting for food in your pantry or nesting in your walls, we cover all common residential species. Our treatments are designed to disrupt ant pheromone trails and manage the colony at the source.
Protect your family from unwanted visitors like paper wasps, yellow jackets, hornets, and the aggressive bald-faced hornet. We proactively manage these populations so you can enjoy your yard with confidence.
Don’t let these wood-boring bees damage your home’s trim and fascia. We provide targeted treatment for existing wooden boreholes and preventive applications for nests and activities located under 20 feet.
We stand behind our work. This plan includes a full year-round warranty that covers both interior and exterior issues for all covered pests. If they come back, so do we, at no additional cost to you.
Exclusions: The warranty only covers common New England stinging insects and ant species. Other pests, such as rodents, termites, or bed bugs, are not covered under this specific maintenance plan.

The Stinging Insect and Ant Plan is designed for homeowners who primarily struggle with these specific seasonal pests. While the Home Protection Plan offers broader coverage for a wider variety of insects and rodents, this plan offers a more budget-friendly, focused approach to the most common New England summer nuisances.
In most cases, no. Since this plan focuses on the exterior perimeter, eaves, and foundations, our technicians can complete the preventive applications while you go about your day. If you are experiencing an interior issue, we can schedule a time to assess and treat affected areas as part of your warranty.
Spring treatments are designed to prevent queen wasps from establishing nests and to disrupt emerging ant colonies. The Summer visit reinforces that barrier when pest populations are at their peak, ensuring the protection remains effective through the autumn.
Our standard plan covers nests up to 20 feet, including the first- and second-story eaves of most residential homes. For nests located above this level, specialized equipment or different service protocols may be required.
