What Pests Are Included in Our Home Protection Plan?
Know exactly what is covered under your year-round residential protection program. Our plan covers 50 common pests, however some pests still require specialist treatment and are not included. Treatments and Covered Pests are defined in your plan and disclaimer details. ¹
- Wood Borers: Termite control and Wood-Boring Beetles (Powder Post, Old House Borers).
- Wildlife: Skunks, squirrels, bats, moles, voles, and raccoons.
- Fall Invaders: Active autumn swarm barriers (Stink Bugs, Asian Lady Beetles, Cluster Flies, Box Elder Bugs, Conifer Seed Bugs).
- Lawn Insects: Digger Bees and Cicada Killers.
- Exclusions: Honeybee comb removal or any nests located above 20 feet.

Our plan covers over 50 common household pests. This includes crawl-space and perimeter treatments for ants, spiders, and crickets, nest removal for wasps and hornets under 20 feet, and robust interior/exterior rodent control and prevention.
Yes. Safe, professional control and nest removal for stinging insects—including wasps, hornets, and carpenter bees—are fully covered for any nests located within 20 feet from the ground.
Your peace of mind is guaranteed. If covered pests break through your home's protective barriers between your regularly scheduled tri-annual visits, a JP Pest technician will return to re-treat your home at absolutely no additional cost to you.

Minor Ground-Level Exclusion: Defined as any gap or hole 2” or less within 6 feet of the ground that does not continue through most of the structure. This does not include vents, intakes, or machinery. If recommended exclusion work falls outside these criteria, a separate inspection and quote will be provided upon request.
Termite Control: Visual monitoring is included. Termite corrective control/treatment is available as a separate service agreement and is not covered under this standard plan.
