New Horizons: Care & Share Week 2020

New Horizons Care & Share Week 2020

Today, JP Pest Services is thrilled to present our friends at New Horizons of Manchester, NH with a $1,000 donation to help support individuals and families in the Southern New Hampshire area.

Since they opened their doors in 1973, they have worked tirelessly to fight various social dilemmas facing their community. Each year, they are able to support more and more people in the Manchester area and beyond. Today, they’ve expanded their efforts by offering warm shelter and meals through their shelter and food pantry.

In 2018, New Horizons merged with Families in Transition to become one of the largest homeless service organizations in New Hampshire. They have locations in Manchester, Concord, Dover, and Wolfeboro, to help families & individuals all over the state lead healthy and successful lives, ultimately to become an engaged and contributing member of the community.

In 2019 alone, the shelter housed over 1,500 adults and children, treated over 500 people for substance overuse, and served nearly 225,000 meals.

We are proud to support this group through our first annual Community Care & Share Week! For more information about New Horizons and how you can help support their mission, visit newhorizonsnh.org.
